SUMMARY:MLA II - Online and Live
DESCRIPTION:This course will prepare the attendee for the ICML Machinery Lubrication Analyst Level II certification exam. The course will focus on proper greasing\, oil lubrication methods\, oil and grease sampling and analysis\, and setting up and maintaining a lubricant analysis laboratory or lab provider relationship. Attendees will experience a lab environment as the instructor demonstrates a number of key sampling and analysis test from our remote lab.  Numerous simulations and demonstrations are incorporated into the live demo\, so it just isn’t a “talking head”.  Instructor takes the class into the field in a working\, machinery intense agricultural enterprise for valuable lessons on how to find issues and improve reliability of lubricated equipment. \nWith this course\, attendees will also learn how to ensure proper selection and application of lubricants\, obtain representative samples\, provide meaningful analysis\, and take the right course of action for optimal machinery reliability. \nClass Schedule will be as follows: \n\nMonday through Friday – 9:00-11:00 CDT – 120 Minute Session\nMonday through Friday – 1:00-3:00 CDT – 120 Minute Session\n\nIf you plan on taking the ICML Certification Exam this class is a good choice.  Materials will be mailed to the students upon receipt of payment\, which is required before the first day of class.  The earlier the payment is received\, the more time the student will have to review the materials.  Also\, we will hold a simulated exam at the end\, a test-drive of the ICML process under timed conditions so the student can evaluate their readiness for the certification exam\, when it is next available.  Unlike the ICML exam\, we will review the answers together afterwards\, and help you understand how to improve your performance for the real thing. \nTo register please follow the links below: \nMLA II
