In machines or venues that are used frequently or draw large crowds, it is vital that the machine is operating correctly and monitored for potential failure. MRG lubricant analysis ensures that safe and efficient machine operations are in place while also working to extend the useful life of the equipment.
Test Slate
Sampling kits have been used and sent back to MRG Labs to assess the wear, contamination, consistency, and oxidation of the grease. Analyses have included FTIR, Ferrous debris level, Die Extrusion, RDE Spectroscopy, Grease Colorimetry, and Moisture Testing (ppm).
