SAMPLING KITS
UCVD Oil Sampling Kit
Sampling Kit includes 4 100mL UCVD oil sample bottles with tubing, 4 Navigator barcode labels, 4 individually wrapped tubing, and 4 – 8×10 8mL bags.
Robot Oil Sampling Kit
Sampling Kit includes 6 ultraclean vacuum device (UCVD) bottles & tubing, and MRG Navigator barcode labels. Each kit can be used to completely sample all joints on a single robot, or to sample selected joints on several robots.
Prior to shipment, samples returned to MRG Labs can be uploaded to MRG Navigator where customers can log-in equipment information and barcodes. The real-time sample status and analysis results may be viewed through MRG Navigator.
Oil Sampling Kit
Sampling kit includes 8 UCVD sampling bottles. Test slate included: RDE Metals Spectroscopy, DR III, FTIR, Moisture PPM by relative humidity sensor, Kinematic Viscosity @ 40C, RULER, and ISO Particle Counting.

Oil Sampling Tube Assembly
1/4″ male NPT sampling port with 12″ extension tube to to reach the active oil in gearboxes or reservoirs. Designed for use with Oil Sampling Probes, the valve can be depressed manually with a plastic disposable tip.

1/4″ male NPT sampling port designed for use with Oil Sampling Probes, the valve can be depressed manually with a plastic disposable tip.
