Richard Wurzbach - CLS, MLE
President
Rich Wurzbach has 35 years of experience in the development of Condition Based Maintenance programs and the applications of diagnostic technologies for industrial equipment. His expertise lies in the applications of Infrared Thermography, Lubricant Analysis, Airborne Ultrasound and the integration of various diagnostic technologies for equipment assessment.
Rich’s past experience includes work at the Three Mile Island and Peach Bottom Nuclear Plants. He has also made technical presentations at the American Wind Energy Association and Wind Energy Update conferences in the US. He has served on two research teams in Denmark studying lubrication and sampling practices for off-shore wind turbine components, and worked alongside employees of Vattenfall, DONG Energy, Statkraft, and Aalborg University to research, publish and present main and pitch bearing sampling best-practices at international conferences in Europe.
Rich is certified by the International Council on Machinery Lubrication (ICML) in all certified disciplines, including Machinery Lubrication Engineer, and Level II Laboratory Lubricant Analyst. He helped to develop the Food Processing Lubrication Badge. He is ASNT Level III in PdM-Infrared and Thermal Testing. Rich is also certified as an ISO 17025 lead auditor.
Rich helped to advance the ASTM Standard Practices for Obtaining In-Service Samples of Lubricating Grease (D7718) and Integrated Testing Grease Analysis (D7918). He authored the Electric Power Research Institute’s report “Effective Grease Practices” and was a co-author of the EPRI Reports, “Lube Oil PdM, Handling, and Quality Assurance Guideline” and “. He led the development of the American Wind Energy Association Recommended Practice guidelines (RP-812 through 815) for Wind Turbine Operations and Maintenance. He has presented and published over 100 scientific papers and has served as the editor of peer-reviewed scientific journals.
He has served as a designated Subject Matter Expert for Tribology and Lubrication for program offices of the US Navy and US Army, along with nuclear power and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. He has worked as an expert witness for cases in multiple countries involving tribology and lubrication issues.
Dylan Kletzing - LLA II
Laboratory Manager
Dylan Kletzing has been with MRG Labs since 2019 and currently serves as the Laboratory Manager. Dylan has a B.S. in Chemistry from York College of Pennsylvania. At MRG, he focuses on managing lab activities day to day as well as supporting customers. He also works in the lab analyzing grease and oil samples, writing reports for customers, and participating in Research and Development projects.
Dylan’s background in instrumental chemistry has proven useful in the laboratory for research projects including mass spectrometry of greases and photoacoustic FTIR analysis of greases. He is certified by the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) as a Level II Laboratory Lubricant Analyst, Level I Machine Lubricant Analyst Level I, and holds the Food Processing Lubrication Badge. Dylan is also certified as an ISO 17025 lead auditor.
Dylan is a member of ASTM International and serves as a D02 Sub Section Chair for subsections CS96.04 (Guidelines for in-service lubricants) and CS96.05 (Particle counting for in-service lubricants). Dylan is also a member of the American Chemical Society.
Jonathan Wright - MLA I
Quality Program Coordinator
Jonathan Wright has been with MRG Labs since 2024 and currently serves as the Quality Program Coordinator. Jonathan has a B.S. in Biology from Pensacola Christian College. At MRG, he focuses on the maintenance of the quality program and the implementation of the ISO 17025 program. He also assists with lab analysis, the preparation of data for customers, and Research and Development projects.
Richard Janosky- LLA II
Project Manager
Richard Janosky has been with MRG Labs since 2013 and currently serves as the Project Manager. Richard has a B.S. in Chemistry and Mathematics minor from York College of Pennsylvania. At MRG, he works to ensure new customers get the right testing and sampling support they need, writes laboratory reports for analyzed grease and oil samples, and participates in Research and Development projects.
Richard’s background in chemistry and instrumental experience has aided in the development of standards and papers for MRG Labs. In addition, he has also helped to develop course curriculum for both ICML Level I and Level II Laboratory Lubricant Analyst courses. He is certified by the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) as a Level II Machine Lubrication Analyst, a Level II Laboratory Lubricant Analyst, and holds the Varnish & Deposit Identification and Measurement Badge.
Richard is a member of ASTM and serves as a D02 Sub Section Chair for subsections CS96.PTP (In-service PTP review) and CS96.01 (Viscosity of in-service lubricants). Richard is certified as an ISO 17025 lead auditor. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for The Greater Dover Historical Society, which performs many philanthropic activities during the year.
Ronald Jansen- MLA II
Senior Technician
Ron Jansen has been with MRG since 2022 as a Senior Technician with extensive experience within the nuclear power industry. Ron retired from Exelon Nuclear in 2021 after 34 years of experience at the Peachbottom Atomic Power Station.
Ron held several positions at Peachbottom that included: Equipment Operator, FIN team, Maintenance Technician, Predictive Maintenance Technician, Rotating Machinery Specialist, and Maintenance Instructor.
Ron is a Navy Veteran and served for 6 years. He was stationed on board the Andrew Jackson SSBN 619G as a Machinist Mate First Class.
Ron’s certifications included: Vibration Analyst Cat III, Thermography Level I and II, MLA I and II, Motion Amplification, Ultrasound Level I, Baker Motor Analysis Level II, Diesel Engine Analysis Level II, INPO certified Instructor.
Ron’s experience and knowledge in the power industry and predictive maintenance technologies have been utilized by MRG for its customers in the areas of troubleshooting equipment issues, data collection, and program improvements.
Janeth Hackenberger
Financial Manager
Janeth Hackenberger has been with MRG Labs since 2022. Janeth started as the Financial Manager and currently serves as the Office Manager. Janeth has extensive background in sales as well as company management. At MRG, she focuses on managing the company’s day to day operation and serves as a support system to the financial health of the company as well as employee related functions.

Missy Wurzbach has been with MRG Labs since 2006 and currently serves as the Manufacturing Supervisor. At MRG, she focuses on managing manufacturing activities day to day as well as organizing our maintenance and reliability training programs.
Julie Solis - MLA I

Julie Solis has been with MRG Labs since 2023 and currently serves as a Laboratory Technician. Julie has a B.S. in Forensic Chemistry from York College of Pennsylvania. At MRG, she focuses on analyzing grease and oil samples in the lab, writing reports for customers, and participating in Research and Development projects.
