TRANSPORTATION TEST SLATE
Oftentimes, grease lubricated assets are lubricated more frequently than necessary, which results in a waste of resources and manpower. The Transportation Test Slate gathers grease samples to assess the Wear, Contamination, Consistency, and Oxidation. By measuring and analyzing these parameters, MRG is able to identify problems and prevent breakdown before machine failure. Periodic scheduled sampling is beneficial for understanding how components are aging overtime and vital for developing maintenance best practices.
