Machine Lubricant Analyst II

This course will prepare the attendee for the ICML Machinery Lubrication Analyst Level II certification exam. The course will focus on proper greasing, oil lubrication methods, oil and grease sampling and analysis, and setting up and maintaining a lubricant analysis laboratory or lab provider relationship. Attendees will also gain hands-on experience in a lab environment where they put into practice the lubrication techniques and technologies learned in the classroom. Equipment simulators, and advanced technology like auto-lubers and sampling devices are demonstrated and utilized by students to reinforce course content. See-through bearings, full-scale machinery, and diagnostic tools like ultrasonic detectors enhance the learning experience.

With this course, attendees will also learn how to ensure proper selection and application of lubricants, obtain representative samples, provide meaningful analysis, and take the right course of action for optimal machinery reliability.
