Crane Clean Energy Restart
MRG Labs has been supporting CCEC at the site of TMI since 1986. In that time we have provided unique services including laboratory analysis of oils, greases, other fluids and failed components. MRG has over 150 years of combined experience in Condition Monitoring and Reliability technologies for nuclear power plants across the US. MRG Labs is currently analyzing MOV grease samples and other equipment lubricants to prepare for restart of Unit 1. Training, sampling fitting installation, sensor installation, data collection, and electrical and mechanical repairs and turn-key solutions are available from one of the most highly experienced teams in the industry.

Presentation topics at CBMUG will include specialized sampling tools for MOVs being utilized at Constellation Crane Clean Energy Center (TMI), along with Electric Motors, Pillow Block Bearings, Cranes, and Wind Turbines. Case studies with ROI will be introduced for these applications.
